Subrahmanya Hegde has over 35 years of experience in accounting field that includes auditing, taxation, information technology auditing and lately in forensic accounting and fraud prevention. He is an expert in auditing and other accounting services in Cooperatives and NGOs domains who play a dominant role in rural sector. He has been grooming and mentoring the rural youth and women entrepreneurs.
His latest ventures include ecotourism with community participation and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO). He is the founder and the Chairman of the cooperative society called “Spiceroute Cooperative Society”, where he developed a sustainable tourism model where local youth/women owner of the society run the operations and attracts tourists from European countries. He is identified the opportunity and mentoring the founder of the first Knowledge Process Outsourcing(KPO) company in the town, which is providing accounting and legal services to European and Australian firms by employing local youth.
He has been volunteering to local community; he has been associated with many national and international organizations. He helps rural students in their educational pursuit via scholarship funds and financial counseling. He has been an invited presenter to regional and national institutions on cooperatives topic.

Subray Bhat (S R Bhat) is superannuated (Retired ) Deputy General Manager (Infocom ), ONGC. Before retirement he was managing IT and Communication Infrastructure at ONGC Dehradun as Head of Infocom Services, Telbhavan Dehradun and IPSHEM Goa for more than 10 Years. During his early years of service he has served for more than 20years in the fields of Well Logging, Mud Logging, Instrumentation and IT infrastructure Installation and Maintenance management services in ONGC.

Gajanan Bhat is a serial entrepreneur, having founded several successful technology companies, and invested in many more Silicon Valley startups. Currently, he is Founder, Chairman & CEO of iZen ai, Inc., an AI-driven education technology and talent empowerment company. He has over 30 years of experience in technology innovation and C-level executive-level management. He has spent the last 3 decades authoring several books (Computer & Physics), advising startups and producing award-winning Kannada movie (MOJO).

Ms. Pavitra Bali is Future focused, Chartered Accountant by Profession with 10 plus years of varied experience in Finance area. Having worked with renowned corporates namely Volvo, Saint Gobain and Hindustan Unilever in the Finance domain nearly 7 years. During her corporate tenure she worked in Financial Reporting and Analysis, Budgeting, Taxation, controllership domains collaborating closely with inter departments and external consultants. Further worked with SMEs as a finance consultant.
Currently Practicing CA profession providing services in the area of accounting, auditing and taxation matters and allied services which includes services to start-ups in setting up business and compliance matters.

He is practicing as a Company Secretary and Partner at M/s. R K Bhat & Co., handling corporate & legal advisory services and secretarial services relating to Corporate Laws, Securities Laws and Foreign Exchange & International Laws essential in rapidly changing regulatory and corporate environment. He is assisting Sirsi Tech Park in regulatory compliance and other allied services
He is also practicing in various fields such as Corporate Compliances, Due Diligence, Diagnostic Review, general taxation and advisory, Start-up advisory and incubation, Fund Raising, Capital mobilization, IPR Matters, NCLT appearances, Liquidation, Overseas subsidiary set-up & compliance management thereon and such other allied services.
